| In the world of communications, we can
hear news from the four corners of the world at the same time. I know
this first hand, since I have been involved with amateur
radio (short-wave) for about 5 years and have spoken to people
in just about 180 countries. I find that there's one fundamental principal,
and that is Truth is Truth, no matter where you go in this world.
Jesus said in Luke 11:33-36 that the light is clear to be seen by all
men,
33-No
one lights a lamp and puts it in a place where it will be hidden,
or under a bowl. Instead he puts it on its stand, so that those who
come in may see the light. 34-Your
eye is the lamp of your body. When your eyes are good, your
whole body also is full of light. But when they are bad, your
body also is full of darkness. 35-See
to it, then, that the light within you is not darkness. 36-Therefore,
if your whole body is full of light, and no part of it dark, it will be
completely lighted as when the light of a lamp shines on you.
Your eye is the lamp of your body (This
lamp could refer to our understanding,)
When your eyes are good (That is our understanding)
Our whole body also
is full of light
but when they are bad, your body also is full of
darkness. (That is our understanding)
See to it, then, that the light within you is
not darkness. ( Speaking of our understanding)
Here in these verses, we are challenge to test our self's,
to see if what we understand is light or darkness. The only way to
do this is in light of scripture
These pages have been design to shed light on
word of faith teaching. If you are involved with these teachings, I
invite you to test your understanding in light of what the scripture
says.
John 3:20-21
20-Everyone
who does evil hates the light, and will not come into the
light for fear that his deeds will be exposed. 21-But
whoever lives by the truth, comes into the light, so that it
may be seen plainly that what he has done has been done
through God.
For many believers, it will be a culture shock to find
out what they understand to be light, is really darkness. The good
news is that perfect
love drives out fear and I know that this can be a very scary thing
to come to terms with, but it is also very important to remember that
our
souls are in the balance.
These are some question we must ask our self:
Do we desire the light? John
3:19-21 19
This is the verdict: Light has come into
the world, but men loved darkness instead of light because their deeds
were evil. 20 Everyone who
does evil hates the light, and will not come into the light for fear
that his deeds will be exposed. 21 But
whoever lives by the truth comes into the light, so that it may be seen
plainly that what he has done has been done through God.
Do we seek truths 2
Corinthians 4:1-2 1-Therefore,
since through God's mercy, we have this ministry, we do not lose heart. 2-Rather,
we have renounced secret and shameful ways; we do not use deception, nor
do we distort the word of God. On the contrary, by setting forth the
truth plainly, we commend ourselves to every man's conscience in the
sight of God.
Do we test all thing 1
John 4:1 1-Dear friends,
do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits to see whether
they are from God, because many false prophets have gone out into the
world.
In a world when communications and TV have given a platform
to false
teaching, we need to be more discerning then ever. Jesus said
in Matthew 24:24
For false christ's and false prophets will appear and perform
great signs and miracles to deceive even the elect—if that were
possible.
My hope is that this website will bring light to some
very destructive teachings that are plaguing the body of Christ. If you
are some one that I have meet personally and have invited you here to this
site, Welcome and please feel free to ask any question. I will try to help you
find the information you are looking for, or point you to someone who
can.
Please remember that this is not an attack towards someone's
personally, but these teachings are a personal attack towards the body of
Christ and our savior,
I cant help but to
remember what the Psalmist King David said
Psalm
51:6
Surely you desire truth in the
inner parts; you teach me wisdom in the inmost place
My prayer is that this
become our desire
